It was difficulty not to break the little burgers when shallow frying, and they absorbed a lot of oil. The taste was quite nice, but the texture and oiliness was disappointing. It was a bit like eating a ball of fried breadcrumbs - the tiny hard type. If you are vegetarian rather than vegan you could try adding some egg. Having said all that, my son really enjoyed them. If I tried it again, I would bake it in the oven. 13 November 2015
