Rated 5 out of 5 by Pinkrose from Excellent great way to use flax seed. Easy to use and easy to store. The container makes storage easier.Note that once open it must be stored in the fridge

Rated 5 out of 5 by sowansfan2016 from Love the tub! I use flaxseed regularly, but was finding the zip lock on other flaxseeds loses its function after several pours. This tub is a great idea, so handy to store and scoop. So smooth, mixes great with yoghurts & smoothies alike, very reasonable price compared to other brands. Excellent product will definitely buy again! Would love to see it in some local stores in Northern Ireland

Rated 5 out of 5 by AccidentallyVegan from Excellent product I use flaxseed most days as an egg substitute and find this brand works really well - it is fine, mixes easily into a paste and also it is brilliant added to smoothies. Good value, large tin and stays fresh. Thank you H&B !

Rated 5 out of 5 by mnm16 from Versatile product I use this flaxseed on just about any dish from cereals to gravy dishes and even sprinkle it while cooking rice. It is tasteless but gives a nice texture to the dish. I have not seen any visible difference in my health but I know the numerous benefits of flaxseed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SueMary from Very Good Product This milled golden flaxseed is a nice finely milled product which mixes well with all sorts of recipes. I add it to stews, stir-fries, and also find it is good mixed into porridge. It is easy to add the fibre to my diet with this product. Comparing this product with psyllium husk, which tastes unpleasant, the flaxseed has a very slight nutty flavour. However, flaxseed does have notable calories in it, whereas the psyllium does not have any. Both add soluble fibre to recipes. The Sowan's Milled Golden Flaxseed is better than the Linwood's milled flaxseed, in that the texture is a little finer, and also the Sowan's is in a tub which will stand on the shelf better than the plastic packet that Linwoods use.
