Rated 5 out of 5 by No words can describe the real taste I have been consuming different types of honey as I like it with my tea instead of sugar, I tried almost every type I read or heard about until I came across this one which appeared to be very special from its both taste & smell. Being organic gives a real taste (of old days), in addition, being wild too; extracted from wild bees from Africa, it gives a smell of strength, earth, tea and I don't know what else I may say (every time I smell it I remember henna, although it's no way of similarity but that's what comes to my mind. I know most of us-myself included- can't stand the smell of henna, however, this honey smells great as I am almost addicted to it, I smell it deeply & feel it prior putting it into my tea, which gives me the greatest taste. 31 May 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Out of Africa Irresistible especially if you have a love of Africa. Just the tonic to rekindle the warmth and sunshine as well as supporting a good, sustainable honey business. Better to buy a couple of jars - they don't last long! 15 July 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by The best yet! I love my honey. It's probably down to my childhood love of Winnie The Pooh. I *always* had honey on porridge after watching and reading those stories. I've tried lots of different types - set, runny, heather-infused, jars with sticks of honeycomb in the middle, clover-infused, manuka. You name it, I've devoured it. This honey has a soft, gentle flavour, but it's unmistakable and doesn't get covered up - regardless of whether it's on your porridge, toast, or in your coffee. It's smells gorgeous, is set but soft and is possibly the best honey I've had (so far. I'm yet to try the brand's other type/s). Great price, great products - seriously, it's delicious! - and it's packed at low temperatures to preserve the nutrients AND it ensures a good and fair deal for the beekeepers. What's not to love? 16 February 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful Organic Forest Honey - Tropical Forest This may well be the best honey that you can buy, and is not overpriced. It is very good value. Better value is, however, represented by the 1 pound (16oz) jar which is available elsewhere. (I purchased two of the 12oz/340g jars online). Importantly, this honey has a wonderful flavour, and doesn't taste too sweet. Highly recommended. 24 January 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Creamy Deliciousness Absolutely LOVE this honey! The price is right. The texture is right. The taste is right. ...and its 'raw' honey too! 26 March 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Rich and heady taste This homey is amongst my favourite of all the honeys on offer. It is such a wonderful and rich taste for someone who enjoys strong tastes. It is hard to describe tithe honey and the closest is that it almost has notes of liquorice (for want of a better description). Also a word to the wise - don't be put off my the considerably strong odour of the honey when the pot is opened. It is worth it. 13 March 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Real Honey This has turned out to be one of my favourite honeys of late along with Pure English set honey by Little over Apiaries it's the only two I have. Very smooth texture almost caramel like, great on warm toast or stirred in tea.. The only negative if there is one, is the smell, very earthy but otherwise excellent. 19 September 2013
