Rinse noodles under warm water, then either i) boil for 5-10 mins, drain and add to other ingredients ii) dry fry in a non-stick pan for 5-10 mins, then add to other ingredients iii) add directly to soups, stews, stir-frys etc.
Water, Konnyaku Glucomannan Flour (3.8%), Acidity Regulator (Calcium Hydroxide).
Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
