Cover one cracker or crispbread with a square of chocolate. Put a marshmallow on a stick and hold it over the fire until the outside of the marshmallow is golden brown and just starting to get mouth-wateringly gooey. Place on top of the chocolate, then sandwich together with another cracker or crispbread on top.
