At Holland & Barrett, our mission is to empower you to lead a happy and healthy lifestyle. We love bloggers who do the same thing, and our team is always on the lookout for influencers spreading a good word about living and eating well.
With that in mind, here are our favourite natural beauty bloggers. Each one knows how to put the fun and the goodness into what they do, whether that’s on their website or Instagram!
Gemma is a natural when it comes to all things vegan, and with an Instagram following of over 38,000, it’s easy to see why fans love her. She mixes makeup reviews, beauty bargains and cruelty-free favourites altogether on her blog, along with a few photos of her gorgeous rescue pooch, Maddie.
Ria started her blog back in 2013 to document her journey into using cleaner and eco-friendlier beauty products. Four years later and her transition means she now only uses natural/organic makeup and beauty. She has recently introduced some pregnancy and wellbeing products, as she is expecting her first child later this year. Her blog is a great source of information for mums-to-be.
Ana Goes Green
Ana’s blog is described as ‘beauty and lifestyle with an eco-friendly twist’, focusing on organic beauty and overall well-being. Her mix of tried and tested products, with ways we can all reduce our plastic consumption, makes for an interesting read for those who want to make some encouraging changes.
She is not only an advocate of natural beauty products but also encourages mothers to use her ‘gentle parenting’ recommendations via her Instagram.
Lovely Witches is a vegan blog run by Gemima from South Wales that focuses on cruelty-free makeup brands and where to find them. Gemima is a firm believer that making more informed choices is easy and thinks it’s about knowing where to go.
Her blog is split into different vegan-friendly sections for hair, makeup, nails and skincare, making it a breeze to find what you are looking for. Describing herself as an animal lover, it is clear from her Instagram that her two cats play an important role in her choices.
As a self-confessed acne sufferer, Annabel started her blog as a creative outlet whilst studying for a degree in fine art. One of the best things about Annabel’s blog is that she admits she has made mistakes and slipped up (like buying a lipstick with beeswax) but it is a good reminder that we are all trying to do our best as humans.
Since 2011, Sarah has been sharing her battles with eczema on her blog, including the natural skincare remedies she has discovered.
Not only that but she has a whole host of achievements under her belt from being the runner up at the ‘Betty Hula’ blog awards to a stage 2 judge at the ‘Free From Skin’ awards for 5 years running. After all of her experiences, both good and bad, Sarah regards herself as living a fully green lifestyle.
Organic Beauty Blog
Inga has been sharing her love of organic beauty on her blog for the last three years, as she knew she must not be alone in the quest to find ‘green’ products.
With almost 6,000 Instagram followers, her grid encompasses all of her favourite natural brands, paired with beautiful pink flowers and blogger-esque clean, crisp images.
Originally from Sweden, Sara works as an organic hairstylist in a central London salon after making the move over to England ten years ago. She started her blog so her clients could get a better idea of the natural brands she was using and to showcase other similar products out there.
The Daisily blog is run by Molly who claims she didn’t set out to write about her cruelty-free recommendations, but instead wanted to improve her photography. As she transitioned into life as a vegan, she began to sell and donate her makeup to make way for natural brands.
She documents her new beauty routine with reviews, recommendations and pictures of her favourite brands.
