How many CBD gummies should I eat?
The general recommendation for all CBD supplements is to start with a dose that is smaller than 10mg, rather than start off with the highest dose you can find! Then, feel free to increase it bit by bit over a period of time, until you find the best dose for you – making sure to never exceed the safe recommended daily allowance stated on the product label. If you want to calculate this for yourself, multiply your body weight in kg by 0.15 (e.g. 60kg x 0.15 = 9 mg per day.)
Some gummies are one a day, some you take a few times a day. So, a good idea would be to start off with half the recommended dose – and then if over time you feel like you would like to try a stronger dose, finish the packet and buy a stronger concentration the next time.
