Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen after opening. Cooking Instructions: Using a saucepan: (serves two) Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt to 480ml cold water, bring water to a boil. Slowly stir 80g Gluten Free Oat Bran into the boiling water and cook for two minutes, stirring all the while. Remove from heat, leave to stand for 2 minutes and serve. Using a microwave (serves two) In a microwave-safe bowl mix 480ml water, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 80g Gluten Free Oat Bran. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking. Let stand for 2 minutes and then serve. Tastes great with added milk, honey, brown sugar, fruit or nuts
