Holland & Barrett Glucosamine/Chondroitin & Rose Hip caplets provide 1000mg Chondroitin Sulphate, 592mg Glucosamine and 1000mg Rose Hip.

Take one softgel capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
