• 150ml milk or plant milk
• ½ tsp salt
• 150g Polenta
• 50g butter or vegan alternative
• 25g Grated Parmesan or vegan alternative
• 600ml Water
Put the milk in pan along with water and the salt and bring to the boil. When the pan comes to the boil add the polenta, whisking continuously. Stir until it thickens, then turn the heat down to simmer. Continue to stir to prevent it sticking for about 20 minutes. Stir in the butter and cheese at the end and serve.
