Who’d have thought 20 billion bacteria cultures could fit into one little capsule?

A whopping 20 billion bacteria cultures are contained in each acidophilus tablet. The bacteria come from the bifidobacterium and lactobacillus family and are a ‘friendly’ bunch – and are naturally found in the vagina, mouth and gut.

The bacteria in these acidophilus capsules come from lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacterium bifidum. As they are so potent, you only need to take one a day, preferably with a meal.
