Get Every 5th Order Free- For every item that is is placed on ‘Subscribe & Save’ 5 times in a row you get the 5th order for free. This means you will get your 5th, 10th, 15th, etc. for free as a little thank you from us. Changing or amending the dates for your subscription will not affect this but cancellations will.
Signing up for a subscription order is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page or while reviewing items in your basket. To subscribe:
After you sign up for a Subscribe & Save order you will receive an email to confirm this.
This email will include a link to access the ‘My subscriptions’ section in your account where you can manage your future orders, subscription order items, and subscription order account information.
We will place your Subscribe & Save orders automatically with your selected time-frames, and you will only be billed on the day the order is sent. We will send you an email reminder 10 days before each order.
You will also receive email notifications about other information related to your Subscription Order account, such as if your item is no longer being sold or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.
You will still collect 4 points for every £1 spent, the same as usual orders.
We are so sorry but it’s not currently possible to use your Rewards for Life coupons to pay for Subscribe & Save items. You can, however, use Rewards for Life coupons as payment towards your first order.
You can change your delivery time frame, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting ‘My subscriptions’ located within your account. You can also add to your order.
