Subscribe & Save is the most convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular basis automatically.

The service is easy to use and is customisable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. Just tell us how often you want your products, and we'll take it from there. There is no limit on how many items you can have.

Free Delivery – All orders are delivered free directly to your home or you can choose to Click & Collect to your nearest Holland & Barrett Store.

Flexibility – you can add to or remove items from your subscription order [we will send you an email reminder to ensure you don’t forget].

Get Every 5th Order Free- For every item that is is placed on ‘Subscribe & Save’ 5 times in a row you get the 5th order for free. This means you will get your 5th, 10th, 15th, etc. for free as a little thank you from us. Changing or amending the dates for your subscription will not affect this but cancellations will.

Signing up for a subscription order is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page or while reviewing items in your basket. To subscribe:

1. Simply select the Subscribe & Save option for your desired product
2. Select your preferred delivery time-frame
3. Checkout as normal

After you sign up for a Subscribe & Save order you will receive an email to confirm this.

This email will include a link to access the ‘My subscriptions’ section in your account where you can manage your future orders, subscription order items, and subscription order account information.

We will place your Subscribe & Save orders automatically with your selected time-frames, and you will only be billed on the day the order is sent. We will send you an email reminder 10 days before each order.

You will also receive email notifications about other information related to your Subscription Order account, such as if your item is no longer being sold or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.

You will still collect 4 points for every £1 spent, the same as usual orders.

We are so sorry but it’s not currently possible to use your Rewards for Life coupons to pay for Subscribe & Save items. You can, however, use Rewards for Life coupons as payment towards your first order.

You can change your delivery time frame, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting ‘My subscriptions’ located within your account.  You can also add to your order.

To change the delivery date for your subscription order:

1. Log into your online account, then on the left-hand menu select ‘My subscriptions’.
2. Click the ‘Change Date’ / 'Send Now' / 'Skip Delivery' button.
3. You can then select a new date for your order, choose to send your order now, and also skip a delivery.

To change the delivery address for your subscription order:

1. Log into your online account, then on the left-hand menu select ‘My subscriptions’.
2. Click the ‘Edit’ by your Delivery Address

To change the payment method for your subscription order:

1. Log into your online account, then on the left-hand menu select ‘My subscriptions’.
2. Click the ‘Edit’ by your Payment Details.

• Log into your online account, then on the left-hand menu select ‘My Subscribe & Save’.
• Select 'Edit Subscription' next to the product that you wish to cancel. 
• Select 'Cancel this subscription'
• Select a cancellation reason and then confirm the cancellation by pressing the 'Cancel my Subscription' button.

You will then get an email to confirm that your repeat order has been canceled.

Please allow up to 24 hours for any changes or cancellations to be processed.

Please note that when you remove an item:

The item will be removed from your next delivery and you will not be charged, this takes 24 hours to update once requested.
