Subscribe & Save Terms and Conditions

Subscribe & Save is a subscription service offered by Holland & Barrett.

If you select Subscribe & Save, for all subsequent subscription orders you will qualify for the Subscribe & Save price for the product (which can be up to 45% off RRP).  You will also receive free standard delivery on orders over £10.

You can amend the frequency or cancel your subscriptions at any time through the “My Subscriptions” section, which can be found in “My Account”.

Subscribe & Save items will ship automatically based on the frequency you select, until you cancel.

By placing your order, you are authorising us to charge your payment method for future orders at the frequency you have selected.

Please note that your first order will not qualify for the discounts available, and your first order is also excluded from free delivery (unless you spend more than £30 for Standard delivery or more than £60 for Next Day delivery). Free delivery is available on subsequent subscription orders, provided the order value is over £10.

All transactions are subject to our standard terms and conditions.  If you cancel any order, you will be refunded with the amount you have actually paid for the product(s).

Holland & Barrett reserves the right to change the Subscribe & Save benefits, the discount amount and free delivery for orders over £10 offer at any time.

Communications

 3 to 5 days prior to your subscription delivery you will receive an upcoming orders email setting out details of the order.  If you have changed your mind, you can decide whether to cancel skip or pause your Subscribe & Save order.

Eligible Purchases

Only items marked with the ‘Subscribe & Save’ on product pages will qualify for Subscribe & Save benefits.

Cancellation

You can cancel skip or pause your subscription at any time.  You can also return any Subscribe & Save item that is delivered to you, so long as you comply with our Returns policy available here:  www.hollandandbarrett.com/returns

We may cancel your subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been dispatched to you. 

The impact of other promotions
On rare occasions, due to last-minute flash sales, temporary discounts, specialist promotions such as Black Friday or H&B Day, or other promotions, some Subscribe & Save products may be temporarily available at a more attractive discount than the Subscribe & Save price.  In addition, if you are a Rewards for Life Member, occasionally the product may be cheaper buying it as a “Member Price” (as compared to the Subscribe & Save price). Should we discover that ongoing promotions offer more attractive prices over the course of a 12-month period, we will adjust the Subscribe & Save discount for future orders to ensure that you are able to access the best possible prices. This price will be reflected in future orders.  If you do notice the price of your Subscribe & Save product is lower if you were to purchase it outside of Subscribe & Save, then you can of course cancel, skip or pause your subscription and instead order the product outside of the Subscribe & Save offer – although this will not happen automatically.  Also note that such order may not qualify for free delivery over £10.
