A step-by-step guide on how to practice dry brushing your face:

- Begin by cleansing your skin with a gentle face wash to remove any dirt or makeup residue.
- After cleansing, begin dry brushing from your neck using gentle downward strokes. Repeat this motion several times to thoroughly exfoliate the skin.
- Gently brush both sides of your face two to five times, moving from the cheeks towards the hairline on the right and left sides.
- Then, brush your forehead in circular motions two to five times to effectively remove dead skin cells and promote circulation.

Aim to dry brush your face without makeup at least three times a week for three to four minutes each session.
