“At first I was going to say that I do not recommend people taking this daily, let alone twice a day. But personally I would not recommend these at all. While I do need to lose weight I was hoping that these would just stop fats going into the system more than anything. Not everyone thinks to check all the drop downs below the product but under Additional Info... "Persons with sensitive stomachs or bowels might experience stomach upset, gas or constipation. If the side effects continue, the dose should be reduced or intake should be discontinued." This downplays the reaction that those with these issues might have. I only took these for 3-4 days and not even the full amount that it recommended. Ended with these symptoms that also making it hard to breathe. As well as bleeding when I had to use the toilet.”
