Good for dampness
“Delicious soft, sweet loaf with a hint of bitterness. Slices reasonably okay (upside down). According to Chinese Traditional medicine rye's particularly good for dampness and my tongue now has a thin coating which my tongue scraper now collects far less of the coat. I really feel it's doing me good. First class norishment.”

Didn’t like the taste at all
“Never have had sprouted bread before so maybe that’s the flavour I should expect. But for me it was sickly, too sweet, not salty enough, it was hard to slice due to the dense yet crumbly texture. Not for me.”

Really good pure rye bread great for intolerance
“I have gluten and yeast in tolerances and it is very difficult to find bread with no yeast. This is brilliant as it all rye. My stomach loves it. The downside is it is quite heavy and I only use it as toasted or with soup. It toasts really well but it does take alot longer to crisp up but worth the wait. Highly recommend it if you seriously have I tolerances.”

“Nutty flavour and chewy texture. Very filliing for every day bread. Not like bread, it has a texture similar to a rough malt loaf. Just very small slices. Doesn't toast well, as it wnt go crispy.”
