Hydrolats are created during the distillation process of essential oil extraction.When the botanical material is subjected to distillation, the essential oil of the plant material is drawn off and sold as pure essential oil, while the remaining water still contains certain constituents of the plant material, even when filtered and cleaned. With lower levels of active ingredients than in essential oils, hydrolats are gentler, so perfect for those with sensitive scalps, and can also be found in a range of products from cleansers and toners to make-up removers.

Directions:

Apply conditioner to damp hair, massage gently and leave for 2-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
