“Picked this up on sale last week. Thought I would give it a try today as I only had 5 mins between work calls at lunch time. Tasted average mixed with water, no complaints there really. But a few hours after it went in, it reappeared explosively looking very similar to when it went in. Will be binning the rest of the tub.”

“This is a good keto shake. I have mine with unsweetened almond milk and sometimes add sugar free syrup. (Sweet tooth ). Its not really a meal replacement for me as it doesn't keep me full up for as long as I like but it doesn't say it is on the container anyway. It's a good mid morning or mid-afternoon energy boost drink for me. I would recommend this keto shake and will be purchasing again.”
