Directions:

"As a food supplement, take 7.5 grams of powder daily, with food or water or as directed by your healthcare professional. Mix one serving with water or drink of your choice. Stir well and drink immediately. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight."
