Directions:
Turn Shower on and allow to heat up to required temperature. Open packet and place tablet in the base of shower, bath or wet room. Product enjoyed best when out of direct flow of water. Best enjoyed before or after washing.

“This was my first time using this product or this brand. I had bought two (Breath and Peace) from the two “Peace” was poorly packed missing the tin (which led me to think if someone had opened the packaging) as the instructions says I did place the bomb in the shower but I wasn’t satisfied and there was no scent it literally just dissolved. After using “Peace” I had not much hope for “Breath” but I do highly recommend that it was incredible the minute I place it in my warm shower it had really good (menthol) scent, do recommend for relieving stress, muscle pain and if you have a cold of flu.”
