“This is an excellent product, along with all the other Bach Flowers, which all help different states and emotions. I feel strongly that the entire range should be available in all Holland and Barretts. Having a few of them is no good as they help specific things. You cant use them indiscriminately. But I have seen each one work to help a specific thing, properly used.”

Directions:
