How To Use:

Adults: use 3 sprays daily - 3 sprays contain 75μg (3000 IU) vitamin D3 and 75μg vitamin K2 (MK‑7). Shake well before use; press the pump 3 times to prime and carefully spray into the mouth or inside the cheek. Replace the cap. Once opened, use within 6 months; store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
