Waste of time and money and long wait for a refund
“I thought this would help my daughter's stress problems but opened it to find it had marks all over it as though someone had been handling it before. As for being relaxing, think again! It's noisy and how it can help you train your breathing is beyond me. Of course, this could have been a duff one, and possibly a previous return judging by the marks on it. And now to top it off, I returned it 5 days ago and may not see my money for another 10 days. Come on H & B - get your act together with returns. I shall not be buying anything expensive from you again. Appalling customer service”
