1 Package Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Brownie Mix
115 g melted Butter or Margarine
1 Large Egg*
1 tsp Gluten Free Vanilla Extract
120 mL Warm (43°C) Water
40 g Gluten Free Chocolate Chips and/or
20 g Chopped Walnuts
Preheat oven to 180°C. Spray a 9 x 9" pan with cooking or baking spray. Place Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Brownie Mix in a large mixing bowl. Beat in melted butter or margarine, egg, gluten free vanilla extract, and warm water with electric mixer on medium speed until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips and/or nuts if desired. Spread the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 20–25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Cool brownies thoroughly, cut and serve. Serves 10 (one brownie each) then cut into 10 pieces. *NOTE: You can use ¼ cup applesauce, ¼ cup blended silken tofu or egg alternative of choice as egg replacement.
