its okay and usable
“It is alright with certain mixes but I found with yorkshire pudding you have to get the measurements just right,otherwise it doesnt cook properly,its also makes any food brown you mix it into.”

Was a flop in my sponge cake
“I used this to bake a cake with as I have just discovered that I am intolerant to egg. I used a basic sponge recipe and substituted the egg. All looked good until the final 10 minutes of cooking when the cake just collapsed to half of its previous height. I left it to cool after cooking and it crumbled when I took it out of the tin. Didn’t taste very nice either. Maybe it’s more suited to cookies etc.”

Directions:
Store in a cool, dry place. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen. Directions: To replace one whole egg, combine 1 Tbsp Egg Replacer with 2 Tbsp water. Mix well and let sit for 1 minute to thicken.
