How to use the bodyotics comfycase menstrual disc & cup sterilizer case

1: Sterilize the comfycase in boiling water before first use.

2: Empty your period cup or menstrual disc after use and rinse with water. Place your menstrual cup or disc inside the case and fill it halfway with hot water.

3: For microwave sterilization: Heat the case (with lid slightly open) for approximately 3 minutes on medium heat - or until the water is steaming. Let it cool before handling.

4: For public restroom or don’t have access to a microwave: Simply fill the case with hot tap water and let your menstrual product soak for a few minutes.

5: Once complete, pour the water into the toilet.

6: Rinse, dry, and reuse or store your menstrual cup or disc safely in the case.
