The FSA set an acceptable daily intake of 0.15mg/kg/body weight which equates to 10mg for a 70kg for an adult.

I bought this after reading really good reviews on H&B’s website but they seem to have now disappeared from the website… anyway I been taking it for over a month now sadly it has done absolutely nothing, for me it’s a waste of my precious money and I wouldn’t recommend it to…
