This speciality single origin Arabica coffee is nurtured and grown on lush slopes, overlooking Lake Kivu in the province of South Kivu, DR Congo – an emerging coffee growing region. A complex and rich groudn coffee with notes of honeycomb, hints of dark chocolate and delicate lime acicity.
This single-origin coffee has been specially selected by our certified Q grader and expert roasters in our London Fields Roastery. Our coffees are small-batch roasted using a combination of art and science to bring out the very best flavours and a taste experiene that's second to none.
For Cafetieres try 1 heaped dessert spoon of coffee per cup, add hot water (just off the boil) and use a little water to evenly coat the grounds. Top up the water, stir, leave for 4 minutes, then plunge & enjoy.
