Shake well before use. Place 0.75ml of a dropper under tongue and hold for 1 minute before swallowing. Use once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Your daily CBD intake can be supplemented by other products so do not exceed 10mg of CBD per day.

“I have tried a few brands of CBD oil at these strengths and have found this brand to taste the most pleasant. The lime is my favourite but I have tried and can recommend the Morning Mint and Zesty Orange flavours, too. All clean and fresh and not actually that oily. I take it primarily for inflammatory pain- migraine. I have tried three preventive prescription medications which were supposed to have the same effect but each of those had side effects, the most serious of which affected my heart. I turned to cbd as a natural alternative and have had great results. Have also noted some other pain relief benefits. It has helped me with: -reducing frequency of migraines in general -completely stopping severe tension headaches -completely stopping ovulation pain -completely stopping menstrual pain It has not helped with: -migraine triggered by hormone fluctuations during cycle (twice per month) Two migraines per month is entirely preferable to my previous weekly/ daily severely debilitating condition. I am so glad I have found this. Note, I take the maximum dose deemed safe in the current literature.”
