“I had high hopes for this moisturiser, so much so that I bought two. Well that was a schoolgirl error! I have combination, sensitive skin and unfortunately this moisturiser did nothing for either condition. Within an hour of using, my T-zone was a shiny oil slick, while my cheeks were very dry. I thought it’s because it’s a new to me product so I persevered, using up the first tube. There was no change really, other than my cheeks becoming so dry that they’d be painful to the touch, while my T zone was oilier than ever. I’m now wondering whether it’s actually the oil reducing ingredient - niacinamide - that my skin doesn’t agree with. I have since bought other oil control products that contain niacinamide and every time I use them my pores clearly get annoyed and produce more oil in retaliation! Oh well, my quest for the perfect moisturiser continues. I’ve given it 2 stars as it doesn’t work for me but I suspect it’s just my odd skin rather than the product itself”
