Directions:

Sift 1–2 g (about 1 tsp) of matcha into a warmed cup. Add 60–80 ml of hot water (70–80°C — never boiling). Whisk vigorously in a W-motion with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until smooth and frothy. For a matcha latte, top with steamed milk or a plant-based alternative.
