Our first ever recipe still zings with the fresh flavours that Eat Natural is founded on. It’s simple: soft chewy dates and rich, creamy walnuts were meant to be together. Plump sultanas and crunchy hazelnuts add a complexity of flavour and texture we’re as proud of today as when we first stirred them on our kitchen table.
A scattering of our favourite seeds – pumpkin and sunflower – and small puffs of crisped rice lighten the mix. Sweet and nutty.
