Marinate the vegetables, pulses or ingredients of your choice in one jar of Free & Easy Tikka Paste for a minimum of 30 minutes or overnight. Pre-heat your oven to 180C / 350F or Gas mark 4. Arrange your marinated ingredients in a lightly greased ovenproof dish, add fresh plain yoghurt (or dairy free yoghurt) to taste and cook uncovered for 10 minutes, or until tender. If adding meat, cook for a minimum of 35 minutes. Serve on a bed of rice or with a fresh leaf salad, and enjoy!
