“Rather large tablet. I have only used one week so hard to say if any improvement. I am wondering about the absorption rate as did an experiment with dropping tablet into water which took a good while to start to break down, however boiling water seems to break down quicker, not sure if the product is passing through the gut with out being absorbed?”
