Directions:

MAKES BROWNIES! MAKES MUFFINS OR CAKE! Just add: For brownies: 2 eggs, 200g soft¬ened butter or plant-based margarine plus 100ml milk or plant-based alternative. For cake/muffins: 4 eggs, 200g of soft¬ened butter or plantbased margarine plus 2 level teaspoons of baking powder. For vegan recipe: replace the 2 eggs in either recipe with 6 generous tbsp of plant-based yoghurt plus 2 level tbsp of tahini paste; replace the butter and milk requirement with plantbased alternatives. Make in 10 mins, bake for 20-25 mins. Pre-heat oven to 175C/350F/Gas Mark 4. Pour the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add the eggs, blend with a wooden spoon then add the remaining ingredients following recipes above. Mix to a smooth batter. Pour into a greased brownie/muffin/cake tin. Bake for 20 mins (Brownies & Muffins) and 25mins for a full size cake. Store in cool, dry place.
