Gluten free oat flakes (35.9%), sugar, dark chocolate chips (20%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifying agent: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), brown rice flour, corn flour, pumpkin seed flour (5%), sea salt.

Just add: 2 eggs and 100g of soft butter or plant-based margarine For vegan recipe: 100g of plant-based yoghurt and 100g of soft plant-based margarine Make in 5 mins, bake for 15 mins. Preheat oven to 155C / 311 F / Gas Mark 2 Pour the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add the eggs (or yoghurt for vegan) and stir with a wooden spoon. Add the softened butter or plant-based margarine and work the ingredients with hands until fully coated into a chunky cookie dough. Roll small size balls from the dough and press down with thumb to flatten the cookie. Place 6cm apart on a greaseproofed paper on a baking tray. Bake until golden and still chewey. STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE
