Preheat oven to 220C/440F, Gas mark 6. Place an ovenproof dish of boiling water in the bottom of the oven.
Mix contents of the pack with 375ml of cold water.
Spoon the batter into a lightly greased baking tin and pat the top smoothly with the back of a spoon.
Add two tablespoons of cold water to the top, allow the water to spread around the top. Pour out the excess water.
Add two capfuls of olive oil for a golden loaf and score the batter with a knife.
Sprinkle the top with mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin and linseed) before placing in the oven.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or test until a skewer comes out clean.
