Brown rice flour, cornflour, buckwheat flour, plantain flour (4.8%), baking powder (raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, acidification agent, cream of tartar, corn flour), flaxseed, natural vanilla flavouring, sea salt.

Just add: 2 eggs, 300ml of milk, 1 tbsp of sunflower oil For vegan recipe: 300ml of plant-based milk, 2 tbsp of baking powder, 2 tbsp warm water. Pour the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add the eggs and stir with a wooden spoon. Slowly start pouring in the milk and keep blending until batter is smooth. Ad 1 tablespoon of oil and stir. Grease a non-stick frying pan with small knobs of butter or plant-based margarine and turn up the heat on the hob. Pour enough batter for your pancake. When small bubbles appear in the batter and the edges are formed, flip and cook until golden. Store in a cool, dry place.
