Henna Hair Dye in Noir
“This was my first time using henna hair dye after a reaction to chemical hair dye last year. It was easy to make up...just poured in hot water and mixed it up in a bowl. Wore gloves and put it through my hair with my hands then covered it in a shower cap. Slept with it on which intensified to colour but irritated my scalp a bit. Rinsed it out and gave a final rinse with cold water and now I have shiny chocolate brown locks! Exactly what I wanted! Only downside is the smell which I thought smelt like stale cigarettes and coffee but it does go within several hours. Love using a natural product that works!”

None Allergenic & Easy to Use But Variable Results
“Being allergic to chemical hair dyes, I bought this to cover grey/white patches in my beard. The first time, I mixed up and applied as per instructions and left on for 2 hours. Result was no allergic reaction but with poor coverage of the grey areas and leaving a definite green tinge. After 6 days the overall dye effect had worn/washed out so I tried applying again. The second time I mixed with less water so that it was like a tile cement consistency, plastered it on my beard and left it on for about 3 hours until it was dry and flaking off. Result is better coverage of grey with much less green tinge and my beard hair definitely feels softer and still no allergic reaction, but again after 5 days is now showing signs of wearing off. I will continue experimenting with mixture consistency and application times until I have used up the contents of this pack, but after that I currently don't know if I would bother buying again.”

Not covering white hair
“Although it gives a nice black shade and body to the natural hair, it does not cover the white hair. I am still on a hunt for a better product.”
