Holland & Barrett Acidophilus Chewable Tablets are a great alternative for those who have difficulty swallowing whole capsules or tablets. These acidophilus tablets contain a combination of bacterial cultures and provide 1 billion active bacterial cultures per tablet. Each blueberry flavoured tablet provides an additional source of the micro-organisms Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium BB-12, both of which are found naturally throughout the digestive system.

Sweetener (Sorbitol), Fructo-oligosaccharides, Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Lactobacil-lus acidophilus, Natural Flavouring, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis, Colour (Beetroot Juice Powder).

Directions:

For adults and teenagers, chew one to two tablets daily, preferably with a meal. For children over 3, chew 1/2 to one tablet daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose. Do not chew tablets with hot drinks, heat kills bacteria.
