Okay for the price seems to help
“I was using an expensive brand of aloe gel which I couldn't afford and switched to this, it's not as good as the other but tfor the price it has the same elements, I find it best to put 2 measures anti a glass with a dash of water and some fruit juice such as apple juice and drink in one as the vitamins in the fruit help to break it down and absorb it. On its own its a bit too compact to wash through the gut. So I advise volumising it with the fruit juice or just water if you prefer u find it works bette that way first thing in the morning to clear out any food rubbish leftover in your gut and before bed when you have the night time for cleansing.”

“Wasn't too impressed with this, didn't like the taste, and didn't see any improvement. It was a massive bottle and had to be used within a couple of weeks after opening, so I had to throw about 80% away, which was such a waste... should do several small bottles instead really.”
