What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?
- Flaxseed oil, also known as Linseed oil, is an excellent natural source of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) which is an Omega-3 fatty acid. As the body is unable to produce them, Omega-3 fatty acids are essential additions to the diet.
- Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. This beneficial effect can be found with a daily intake of 2g of ALA.

Like it better than smelly fish oil
“I've been using this for years. No idea if I'm better with it or not as It's more of an insurance policy against a nasty rather than a cure for one. I don't take Fish oil as it is too repetitive and rumoured to be a bit high on mercury etc so Hemp it is.”
