Directions:
Take one to two capsules daily, preferably with meals or may be taken as a tea by opening capsule into a cup, then adding hot water. Do not exceed stated dose.

“The capsules are so big I open them and mix with food/drink but it doesn't taste very nice. I wish H&B would make all their tablets smaller and more manageable! Don't buy if you can't take big capsules otherwise good.”
