Directions:

Mix 1 sachet (6.4g) with 500ml of water & consume immediately. Take once a day, with or after food as part of an energy restricted diet. Do not exceed stated dose. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. This product contains EGCGs (epigallocatechin gallate), do not consume other green tea containing products on same day or exceed 800mg of EGCGs daily.
