Holland & Barrett Glucomannan (Konjac fibre) is a natural ingredient that in the context of a calorie controlled diet contributes to weight loss. Glucomannan absorbs water in the stomach, and then expands to potentially up to 50 times its weight. Glucomannan is extremely high in fibre and therefore the dosage is lower compared to other fibre based supplements.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of Glucomannan in three doses of 1g each, together with one to two glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy-restricted diet.
Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.
