Holland & Barrett Max Strength Glucosamine Sulphate contribute towards joint health. Glucosamine is naturally found in the body and plays an important role in making the building blocks of healthy joints. These Max Strength tablets also contain Vitamin C and Manganese, contributing to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and to the maintenance of normal bones and the normal formation of connective tissue.

What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?
- Glucosamine is produced naturally in the body, yet there are no major food sources of this substance. Glucosamine is a major structural component within joint tissue and is the starting point of the synthesis of several important macromolecules including glycoproteins, glycolipids, and glycosaminoglycan's. These macromolecules can be found in the synovial fluid, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and muscles.
- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage. Whilst Manganese contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to the normal formation of connective tissue.
