What is it?
When we talk about Vitamin B, we’re actually talking about a combination of several different vitamins, rather than just one on its own. There are eight B vitamins in total, and they each play an essential role in various processes within the human body. The eight B Vitamins are: B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B7 (biotin), B9 (folate or folic acid) and B12 (cobalamin).

“I bought this in store, I usually don't but because I had one of the same, or so I thought, I grabbed it. This has more ingredients than the other B complex. I just took one and noticed something different so went to check. 'L-Choline Bitartrate' is one of them and I read that it can come from Soy. Could you please confirm that these are Soy free? Anyone? Thanks.”
