They're also formulated to support the normal formation of red blood cells, haemoglobin, and immune system function. Iron supports normal oxygen transport around the body, and normal function of the immune system, whilst Vitamin C supports non-haem iron absorption and immune system function.

“I have only just started to use this product and my energy level seems to be a lot better. I’m usually almost always anaemic due to other conditions so I have to stay on ferrous sulphate and have regular blood tests. I now combine this with reduced ferrous sulphate intake to once a day and I still feel okay. I’m only testing this for now but if it’s effective I’ll keep n using it otherwise I’ll have to stay on my prescription”
