Sourced from the finest organic farms across Europe, our apples are carefully selected for their tart yet sweet flavour. Cold pressing the apples helps to preserve their natural goodness. The apples are then double-fermented right here in the UK, expertly filtered while still retaining The Mother – a collection of beneficial friendly bacteria that transforms the fermented apple juice into vinegar.
